Returns & Refunds

All of our stocks are custom-made or crafted to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Only items with defects in manufacturing or damage during shipping caused before delivery are eligible.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Damage caused by customs inspections or shipping after delivery is not covered.
  • All items are shipped in double packaging to minimize risk of damage.

How to Request a Return:

  • Contact us at info@craftsmanvit.com with your order details and photos of the defect.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take several business days to process.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during manufacturing or shipping prior to delivery.
  • Exchanges for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.

Shipping Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

Custom Orders:

  • All custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.
